Now that we have almost recovered from our jet lag and getting used to reality again, I just wanted to send a huge Thank You to you and all your associates. We had a fabulous time, with so many memories, I hope we can keep them vivid in our minds. We loved it all!! We very much realize that all the arrangements you made for us allowed us more time to enjoy Italy and knowing that we always had someone to contact was a great security blanket. We couldn't have kept up the pace without you. From the beautiful, perfectly located accommodations, the informative and fun tours, the dependable transportation, to that Very special lunch you provided us-(The wine lasted us all the way to Sorrento), all of it made our trip so special. You and your services are so unique. We are very fortunate to have found you. We've always talked about going to Italy someday. I never imagined it would come together in a few weeks because I was visiting our daughter in Europe! And I certainly did not expect it to be so amazing.

I have been wanting to send a note to you since my husband and I returned from our Italy trip at the end of July -- but just haven't had the chance. I finally had a spare moment, and I am sending this message to you.............We had an amazing trip and it was in large part because of the arrangements that you made for us. We found that the guides, the cooking class, as well as the wine tasting ended up being some our favourite days -- and they were all arranged by Ciao Tours. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us about what we were looking to do while in Italy, and making all of the arrangements for us. Your directions were fantastic from Rome to Tuscany -- and spot on when we were finding our Agritourism. We will definitely refer you to all our friends and acquaintances who wish to make a trip to Italy in the future. Our guides were wonderful; experienced, resourceful, entertaining and informative. Our boys especially enjoyed Thomas in Rome and Lisa in Sienna!! Thank you too to Silvana in Florence and Ricardo for the bike tour in Tuscany. It was also a true pleasure to have met Claudia in Sienna for an espresso and a much needed gelato! We wanted to express our appreciation for the great job you did on organizing our fantastic trip to Italy. Your care and attention to detail inspired confidence in all your arrangements. We gained a new appreciation for Italian olive oil and wine from Alessandra's knowledgeable presentation. She was particularly charming and gracious as she explained the finer points of enjoying Tuscan cuisine. Eddo and Maria Luisa made us feel like we were part of their family for the cooking class and dinner that we enjoyed afterwards along with their daughter and grandson. And yes, this was a highlight of the trip for Mark as well. Thanks for talking him into the cooking class. Mark and Eddo also seemed to share a common love of good Italian wine. Once again, thank you for all the assistance you provided in making our trip such a wonderful experience.

Yes, we did have a great time on our vacation. Thanks to Ciao Tours all our roads were smooth and we could concentrate on enjoying ourselves. Everyone we met was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed our cooking class with Marie Louise and Eddo. She is a magician with a tiny wood stove. Now we need a week to recover from our vacation!

Our trip to Italy was fantastic. Ciao Tours did an amazing job. We were met at each place on time and the people they hired were fantastic. They called us at each of our hotels to ensure everything was OK and the restaurants they booked and suggested were superb. We didn’t have a single hitch (except not enough luggage to carry back all the wine) and were thoroughly impressed with Ciao and their professionalism. I would use them again in a minute and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!

I can’t tell you how much your calls meant to us as we progressed along our way. It was so comforting to me at my age to know that we had someone we could call on if we were in any kind of trouble or illness. You were so faithful in phoning us at all our stops. It made us feel good to think you cared about us and how we were doing. It was such a pleasure to meet you in Sienna (what a wonderful place it is). Alessandra was great at the wine and olive oil tasting and it was such a bonus that you were there as well. Thank you so much Laura for all you did. I hope that we will meet again in Sienna.

We talk about Italy constantly. I am still not over the food and I fear I will never recover. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for introducing us to Italy. It is very rare that reality exceeds expectations. There is absolutely no way we would have had the opportunity to make this trip a reality without Ciao. We had a wonderful time. The kids loved seeing some of the things they had heard about through the years and also seeing things they had never heard about! I think they enjoyed Viareggio the most! The beach there was great fun and we had good weather for it! The hotels were all great. We loved going up to the deck and watching the sunset over Capri while sipping wine. The service there was wonderful as well! Thank you for arranging everything! We have some wonderful memories from our trip!

It was a great holiday!!!!!!!!! Everything went as expected and the people you use were great. We can't say enough about the people that looked after us over there and your continued efforts to keep an eye on us to ensure we safe and the connections were working. I have been meaning to write you. We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the arrangements (drivers, etc) were all in order. The driving directions were spot on. We found all our guides outstanding and Giovanni and Emmanuela were the absolute highlight. Claudia kept in very close touch and we enjoyed meeting her at the Enoteca. I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our trip and we are so pleased with the job you and the extended team did to contribute to the overwhelming success of our trip. I have done a fair bit of traveling and candidly am not easily impressed when it comes to services I received. I have to say however, that the level of service you provided was extraordinary and absolutely surpassed all our expectations. The cooking lesson at the villa was a real highlight. I’m an aspiring “home gourmet” so it was special for me to have the chance to cook with a chef. We all had so much fun and Marco and his wife were so nice that they really made the evening very enjoyable……oh yes, the food was fantastic.

Our Italy tour was wonderful. At each hotel the breakfasts were phenomenal, and kept us going most of the day. Particularly good were Florence’s Porta Faenza, Venice’s Golden Tulip, and Hotel Palme. We particularly enjoyed the bar being available at the Palme, after our full day and before going out for dinner. Our guide in Siena was outstanding. We really enjoyed her easy style and conviviality. It felt like a good friend showing us around and chatting about the Siena history instead of a 3 hour lecture. It was very reassuring to know that Claudia or Laura were just a phone call away when we ran into difficulties, and we did, so appreciated their help. Also we appreciated the fact that they phoned us a couple of times to make sure all was going well. We felt cared for. All in all we can recommend Ciao Tours to any friends who want to explore Italy in style.

We had a wonderful time in Italy thanks to your excellent directions and planning. The walking tours were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class in Tuscany. Our favourite hotel was the Santa Maria Novella in Florence. The agritourism in Tuscany was also lovely. Thank you for making our trip so easy and enjoyable. Ciao Tours, we had a wonderful, wonderful time. The hotels and agritourisms were great. I think at each place when we walked in the dais. You must be from Ciao Tours. Are you the Stewarts??
